CRM_GRM_GET_PROGRAM_GUID - Retrieves the Grantor program GUID corresponding to a 1 Order GUID

Functionality

This function receives a 1Order object GUID as an input parameter and searches in the docflow for a Grantor program that would be linked to it. If it finds one, it sends back the guid of the linked program.
