CRM_ICSS_COMMENT_MAIL - Send comment as inbound e-mail

Functionality

This function module creates an e-mail message that will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the IV_RECEIVER parameter (in consequence, IV_RECEIVER is mandatory).

The parameter IV_SENDER_INFO contains information of the sender. Out of this structure, the parameter IV_SENDER_INFO-E_MAIL is mandatory.

The short description or title of the e-mail will be taken from IV_SUBJECT and the body of the e-mail will be created from the text in IT_PROBLEM_DESC and all non-blank fields IV_SENDER_INFO.

Notes

As mentionned earlier, the body of the e-mail contains all non-blank fields of IV_SENDER_INFO. If the region & country is specified and matches a region code & country code specified in CRM, the name of the region and the name of the country will also appear in the e-mail.
