Functionality

This function modules defines the next possible time for a request to be carried out depending on the service level agreement.

• Get the Ship To Party Time Zone.

• Convert the required time in the request to the ship to party time zone.

• Determine for each service contract item the next possible time for the request to be carried out based on the service level agreement.
