CRM_IC_SSC_CHKLIST_STEP_COMPLT - Update Checklist Step Status

Functionality

You use this function module to set the checklist step status to Completed. The function module is called from the ERP system and executed in the CRM system. It requires the globally unique identifier (GUID) of the service request in which the checklist step has to be executed.

Notes

The commit command to the database should be sent from the calling function module or class.
