Functionality

This function module is used to set the PA tracking information in the CRM system. The following data is retrieved from the ERP system and stored in the CRM system:

  • Activity GUID
  • Object description (application name)
  • Logical system (HR side)
  • Time stamp

Example

This RFC-enabled function module is used to store these attribute values in the CRM table CRM_SSC_ERC_DC_L. These attribute values can later be retrieved from the CRM system at any point of time.

Notes

  • This RFC-enabled function module can be called from any HR system, provided that the connection is maintained between the hub and target system.
  • There is no dependency on any other object or function module.
  • It can also be called multiple times, if required.
