CRM_IC_SSC_TRIG_WAIT_COM_EVENT - Trigger an event to restart the P&F workflow

Functionality
This function module is used to trigger an event called HRSSC_RESUME, which will restart the suspended P&F workflow in the ERP system. The function module is called from the checklist step when it is set to complete in the CRM system.
The function module requires the checklist step GUID as input.
