CRM_LEAS_GET_SERIALNOCTRL_ITEM - Get serial no. controlled items hier. related to a given item

Functionality
The function module reads "serial number controlled" items, which are hierarchically related to
(a) a given order, identified by its header GUID, or
(b) a given item, identified by its iem GUID.
Hierarchically related means, that the items hang in the hierarchy under the given item or header.
Both, header and item GUID are optional entries. If both are given it is the item, which counts.
Serial number controlled items are are those items, which belong to a product category, which is maintained in table CRM_LEAS_ORDPPR. (The latter table actuall assigns a product family and layout to a product category.)
