DELIVERY_DESCRIBE_STATE_DIFF - Lists the change requests between to states of the software component

Functionality

The function module describes the difference between two states of a software component by a list of change requests. These transport requests have to be imported in the order in which they are contained in the internal table returned by the function module.

Dependencies to other software components are not considered by the function module. Importing the transport requests can therefore be forbidden until further requests are being added.

If the list of change requests can not be determined, the return code is not equal to 0 and EV_DESC_RC contains a short text for the underlying error.
