DEL_ENQUEUE_FUNCTION - Delete function modules generated for a lock object

The function module determines the names of the ENQUEUE and DEQUEUE function modules for the transferred lock object and returns them in ENQFUNCNAME or DEQFUNCNAME. It then checks whether these function modules already exist. If they exist, the corresponding function groups are returned in ENQAREA or DEQAREA and the function modules are deleted.
