If the unit MEINH does not have the dimension 'Time' the exception 'DIMENSION_NOT_TIME' is raised.

T006 (measurement units) and T006D (dimensions) are read for the check. If the required entries are not found, the exceptions 'T006_ENTRY_MISSING' or 'T006D_ENTRY_MISSSING' are raised.
