DIWPS_REV_CREATE - Create Revision

Functionality

This API function is used to create revisions. Multiple revisions can be created simultaneously. For each revision to create, the header structure needs to be passed. The key planning plant and revision number (IWERK, REVNR) can be left empty; in that case the planning plant is determined from the maintenance plant (Customizing transaction: Assign maintenance planning plant to maintenance plant). The revision number is generated internally.

With setting the parameter I_NETWORK_CREATE to 'X', the BAdI Automatic Network Creation for Revision (DIWPS_NW_CREATE ) will be run upon revision creation, enabling the customer to create a network at the time of revision creation.
