DMC_CREATE_TABLE_TYPES_REMOTE - create table types in remote system

Functionality

Create and activate a table type. The table type name passed to this function module might need to be changed if it contains multiple namespaces. The resulting table type name is returned in the changing parameter CV_TTYPE_NAME.
