DMEE_EXIT_CGI_TAXAMT_RATE - DMEE: Get Tax Amount Rate

Functionality

This function module gets the tax amount rate from the Withholding tax info per W/tax type and FI line item (WITH_ITEM) application table. It is called during the creation of payment media based on the CGI_XML_CTformat.
