DTL_FMID_GET - get largest assigned FMID (function group identifier)

Functionality

This API retrieves the highest number assigned to any conversion object in table DMC_FMID. Table DMC_FMID is used to determine the names of the function groups and function modules generated for each conversion object in the DTL, sender and receiver system. The information concerning the maximum assigned number might be necessary if several DTL systems are used and connected to the same remote (sender and / or receiver) systems. In this case, care must be taken that the function group names generated from these DTL systems do not overlap. For details, see documentation of API DTL_FMID_SET.
