EAM_CL_CREATE_DMS_ORDER - Checklists Follow-Up Action: Create DMS at last usage decision for order

Functionality
This follow-up action can be used to create a DMS (Document Management System) document with a PDF document of inspection results of the order, i. e. all inspection lots of the order.
The DMS document will be created at last Usage Decision of active inspection lots assigned to the order.
The DMS document is created with data:
- DMS Document Type of Customizing activity Configure Checklists for Maintenance Order Types and Planning Plants
- PDF document created from Shop paper of Customizing activity Configure Checklists for Maintenance Order Types and Planning Plants
- PDF document sorted with Storage category of Customizing activity Configure Checklists for Maintenance Order Types and Planning Plants
- Object link to order number. SAP object PMAUFK must be defined for the Document Type in Customizing activity Define DMS Document Types
- Initial status of document type status network
Example
If you want to use function module EAM_CL_CREATE_ DMS_ORDERas follow-up action and you want to change DMS document data, you cannot use a BAdI method. You can use your own function module and register it as follow-up action of a usage decision using Customizing activity Define Follow-Up Actions in Customizing for Quality Managementunder Quality Inspection > Inspection Lot Completion.
