ECP_ACTY_SWITCH - Switch the number for acty in COZVPOST

Functionality

This FM is to switch the activity temporary objects in case of ECP cost objects . it is required as the function module is called from CO_ZV_ORDER_POST in order to switch the numbers before the unicost co update in called.
