EHHSS_RFC_RAS_REQUEST - Risk Assessment Request

Functionality

This function module is RFC enabled and receives an EHS Risk Assessment Request from an external requester.

The incoming Risk Assessment Request is checked for mandatory parameters and valid values. Occuring errors or warnings are returned to the requester. In case of no errors the request leads to a workflow on EHSM side which creates a work item in the inbox of a responsible person (e.g. EHSM-Professional). Therefor the proposed processor is used if possible - otherwise the work item is sent to all possible agents of the workflow.

This work item then allows to process the incoming request by supplying relevant information and functionality to perform the required steps for creating according risk assessments. The actions on EHSM side depend on the triggering event for the Risk Assessment Request.

Example

An EHS Risk Assessment Request is triggered by a Change Request Activity from Management of Change (MoC) with triggering event START. An EHSM workflow is set up and a work item is addressed to the responsible person. With the link in the work item a UI screen can be opened by the EHSM responsible which allows him to create simulated risk assessments to build up a simulation game for the proposed change request. Therefor the UI provides links to the Change Request ID (Requester Request ID) and the Change Request Activity ID (Requester ID) to get detailed information und to transfer the results directly back into the MoC system after the necessary risk assessments have been created by the EHSM responsible.

Notes

The time stamp for input parameter IV_DUE_DATE_TIME is expected with time zone UTC. Otherwise wrong local times are calculated.
