This function module enables you to cancel the goods movements created with relation to the Waste Management entry documents in inventory management.

Canceling a receipt posting (follow-on document category SAP001) and canceling an issue posting (follow-on document category SAP005) are supported. You cannot cancel posting changes.

Note:

For cancelation with reference to the material document from inventory management, the complete document, meaning all the document items, is canceled, as are therefore all the entry documents in Waste Management whose quantities were posted with this material document.

Processing sequence in the module:

  1. The system checks whether inventory management is activated for the entry document category.
  2. For all the selected entry documents, the permitted cancellation movement is derived from the debit/credit indicator. (Debit = receipt is canceled; credit = issue is canceled).
  3. In the follow-on document table, the system searches for valid entries for the document. If any exist, the function module is called for cancellation. This uses the BAPIs BAPI_GOODSMVT_GETDETAIL and BAPI_GOODSMVT_CANCEL for processing.
  4. The documents in the follow-on document table are selected. If there are errors, a message table is written.
