In disposal processing, account assignment objects can be specified in the entry documents. If an account assignment object was already assigned to the waste generator in its master data, this object is used and can be enhanced by adding certain other data.

This function module determines the account assignment object for a waste management business partner from the master data. First, it checks whether an account assignment object was assigned to the waste management business partner using the Acct assignmt pushbutton. If this is not the case, it checks whether the integration object specified under Assignment to (Integration) is an account assignment object. If this is also not the case, at least the company code of the waste management business partner is determined. The company code is required to check the account assignment object.
