EQUITY_TYPE_FOR_EGROUP_GET - Joint Venture Validate Equity Group

Functionality

This module determines the equity type for a given equity group

of a venture. If the equity group is not assigned to an equity type,

the module issues an error message.

Example

This module will be used by the JV/CO integration manager

to determine the valid equity group for a given document date.

Generally, the CO-object masterfile data is delivered in internal table

COIOB. This table also contains the equity group, but this was

derived from the posting date, instead of the document date.

Therefore, the JV/CO integration manager has to derive it again by

determining the valid equity type of a given valid equity group

of the posting date and then use function module 'Valid _equity_group'

to determine the valid equity group for the document date.
