Functionality

In table T7AR45 you can specify, for each absence, whether this absence determines if you consider the entire month in the averages calculation or not (a requirement for this is that the entire month is covered by one or several absences that have been accordingly identified in table T7AR45).

This rule in table T7AR45 functions for all averages and for all employees.

If you need a more detailed rule (for example, an absence must cause a particular month not to be considered, but only in regard to certain averages), you can set this in this user exit.

Example

You do not take maternity leave (considered as an absence period) into account for the ART (Labor Risk Insurance Company) leave averages calculation, although you do take it into account in the variable remuneration averages calculation for vacation and family allowances.

Notes

You call this user exit by absence only.

You only take into account absences of a full day.

You can only set the entire month not to be considered for the averages calculation. There is no differenciation on a daily level.

The month can be covered by more than one absence.
