Functionality

In order to calculate the value of MOPRE limit for wages, the SAP R/3 standard system uses the following formula:

(Value MOPRE X Amount MOPREs) X Worked time / Working time

Both the value of MOPRE and the amount of MOPREs to be used to calculate contributions and deductions are stored in constants.

The working time is taken from the employee timetable. The worked time is calculated with the following formula in the standard system:

Days worked = Days of month - Leave days - Days of ART licenses

The days of the month depend on the option used as divisor 30. Absences are also adjusted according to this setting. For the daily employees divisor 30 has no effect on them.

This function module can be used to apply another method when calculating the time worked by the employee and thus influence the value of MOPRE limit for wages.
