Functionality

The report File format for food vouchers HMXCVAL0 allows you to generate a list for requesting food vouchers using a magnetic device.

In some cases, you may want to omit particular employees from this list. This could be, for example, when an employee has left the company due to a work termination and has already been paid the amount corresponding to food vouchers.

For these cases you can use function module EXIT_HMXCVAL0_001, by setting the value of the IMPORTE_VALES variable at zero.

Warning

You should only change this function module if you meet the following conditions:

  • Standard SAP processes do not fulfill your requirements.

  • You have extensive knowledge of ABAP/4 programming.

  • This function module should only be used for the purposes mentioned above. Using it for any other purpose is not guaranteed to produce correct results within the system.
