Functionality

This user-exit allows you to define your own checks to determine whether a billing document header is archivable.

The billing document headers that have been determined as archivable by report REAARCH_ANALYSE_HEAD (retention period exceeded, billing document lines already archived, ...) are contained in the table parameter XYT_ERCH.

If you wish to prevent billing document headers from being archived (due to your own archiving checks), insert the corresponding entries in table YT_ERCH_NO.
