Functionality
The function module is used to realize the benefit principle in the miner's insurance DEUEV. This provides miner's insurance activity keys to be reported monthly, by listing the number of processed shifts per activity. If the same number of shifts fall on two activity keys, specify the 'most beneficial' (= highest paid) activity key.
The function module must determine the most beneficial key from the two transferred miner's insurance activity keys, and set this as a return parameter.
