User-exit Portugal: Vacation Allowance

Use

This user-exit allows you to define your own payment triggering method.

The meaning of each parameter is explained below:

• ab_days: indicates the number of vacation days per year
  

• r_t5pva: indicates the T5PVA values that are necessary for the payment of the vacation allowance
  

• earld_per: indicates the earliest date possible for the payment of the vacation allowance
  

• lated_per: indicates the latest date possible for the payment of the vacation allowance
  

• pay_period: indicates the period in which the vacation allowance payment is made.

The meaning of the tables is explained below:

• leave_tab: it is filled with the values from infotype 2001 that are necessary to calculate the vacation allowance payment
  

• payment_tab: you must fill it with the values from the leave_tab according to the payment method that has been defined by your company
