EXIT_SAPLCEB1_003 - Define BOM Status for Instantiated Materials

Functionality

When you instantiate a material, a BOM is also created for the material. This user exit lets you define the status of the new BOM. If the user exit is not activated, or the output parameters are empty, the default BOM status from Customizing is used.

Example

The status of the original BOM is transferred to the function module. This can be copied if required, by simply assigning it as follows:

BOM_STATUS = BOM_REF_STATUS.
