Functionality

This function enables you to fill the user-specific fields for order headers and operations before the transfer to SAP APO. For this, the ET_ORDCUS and ET_OPRCUS must be filled as required.

In addition, you can also use this function to change the data that has already been prepared for the transfer for all objects (order header, item, operation, activity, relationship, capacity requirement and component). Note that a change to this data without DETAILED knowledge of the interplay between SAP R/3 and SAP APO is risky and only makes sense in a very small number of circumstances. To change this data, you have to adjust the following tables as required (they are already filled): CT_R3ORD (order headers), CT_R3POS (order items), CT_R3OPR (operations), CT_R3ACT (activities for operations - only used for mapping phases in process orders), CT_R3REL (relationships between orders), CT_R3REQ (capacity requirements) or CT_R3RES (order reservations).

The data available in SAP R/3 as standard can be found in the following tables: IT_CAUFVBT, IT_AFPOBT, IT_AFVGBT, IT_AFABBT, IT_KBEDBT and IT_RESBBT. If additional data is needed, you have to obtain this yourself. However, you should bear in mind that this transaction needs to be accessed from the transaction that is currently running (before the V1 update task is started) so that no changed data is yet available in the database.

The data that you create or change is generally transferred to SAP APO without checks.
