Functionality
You can use this enhancement to define validations for operand values. This enhancement is called during the maintenance of rate facts, rate category facts, and installation facts, and you can define different validations for the different objects.
The enhancement is run when you save and check the entered data.
No changes can be made to the transferred object. Therefore, you should make sure that the error messages are as clear as possible.
Example
- Assigning values from a certain interval to the operands of an operand category
- Dependent validations between operand values and rate categories, rate types, or fact groups
- Special validations for operand values of individual installations
Notes
An object with category ISU20_FACTS is transferred. The system uses field OBJTYPE to determine the context in which the enhancement was called:
- OBJTYPE = '1': Installation facts
- OBJTYPE = '2': Rate category facts
- OBJTYPE = '3': Rate facts
These values are defined in include IEAOBTYP, which is already integrated in the header data of the function group.
