Functionality

You can restrict the selection of the rate fact group in the possible entries (F4 help) with this user exit.

The user exit is then called each time you display the possible entries for the rate fact group of an installation: this can be for a register or a device in the installation structure or for a reference value or a fact in the installation (see the documentation on parameters).

The rate fact groups prepared by the system as possible entries are passed to the XYT_RATE_FACT_GROUP table, which is transferred to the user exit. You can restrict this selection by deleting individual rate fact groups from the table in the user exit.

Example

The user exit can be used to further restrict the selection of rate fact groups in the possible entries, for example, at the regional structure level: the premise to which the installation is allocated can be found in the X_INST_DATA parameter. The premise then creates the link to the regional structure.

Notes

No entries can be made in the XYT_RATE_FACT_GROUP table by means of the user exit.
