Functionality

This user exit is for determining the gas law deviation factor or the supercompressibility factor in gas billing.

For this user exit to be called, the appropriate indicator must be set in the volume correction factor procedure in the GLDF determ. (gas law deviation factor determination) field.

In the volume correction factor procedure, the Supercompress. indicator must also be set if the the supercompressibility factor is to be used instead of the gas law deviation factor.

This user exit can calculate the compressibility/supercompressibility using gas-specific parameters (such as pressure and temperature) and a procedure you select, such as GERG88 or AGA-NX19. The user exit then returns the results in the form of a table.

Example

An example is the evaluation of reference table TE446 Daily Gas Law Deviation Factors per Calorific Value District via the sample function module GET_SCF_FOR_EBIA0004.

TE446 illustrates how you can take into account the influence that various gas compositions have on the compressibility (call SM30 and enter table TE446).

You can set parameters here for the different gas composition by means of the calorific value district.
