Functionality

Use this function module to specify the user status of service orders based on the service product. You can use the user status to later identify and select service orders.

The function module is called up during inbound processing of IDoc ISU_SDSM_ORDER, for each order created.

Example

Notes

Return the user status that must be allocated to the service order.

Ensure the following:

• The user status is allocated to a status profile.

• The status profile is allocated to the order type of the order.
