EXIT_SAPLELHR_003 - ISU: Projection Method Estimating the Meter Reading Result

Functionality

You can use function module EXIT_SAPLELHR_003 to start additional extrapolation procedures. You have to implement your own program coding in the function module and select the Special proc. field in Customizing under Define Estimation Parameters for Meter Reading Result Entry.

You implement the customer-specific extrapolation procedure in include ZXELXU10 of function module EXIT_SAPLELHR_003. The return value of the function module are the estimated values calculated from the extrapolation procedure, an output parameter, and an exception code.

• The output parameter causes the current extrapolation to be exited correctly after ending user exit EXIT_SAPLELHR_003, with the values calculated in the function module.

• The exception code causes the current extrapolation to be exited with an error code after ending user exit EXIT_SAPLELHR_003. This enables the customer to take error codes that occurred in the customer program and transfer them externally.
