EXIT_SAPLELHR_004 - ISU: Extrapolation Procedure with Artificial EASTE

Functionality

You can use the EXIT_SAPLELHR_003 function module to trigger additional extrapolation procedures. To do this, you must implement the program coding in the function module and activate the Special proc. field in Customizing under Define Estimation Parameters for Meter Reading Result Entry.

You must implement the customer-specific extrapolation procedure in the ZXELXU10 include of the EXIT_SAPLELHR_003 function module. The return values of the function module are the expected values from the extrapolation procedure, an output parameter and an exception code.

• The output parameter causes the current extrapolation to contain the correct values as calculated in the function module once EXIT_SAPLELHR_003 has ended.

• The exception code causes the current extrapolation to contain an error code once EXIT_SAPLELHR_003 has ended. In this way, the customer has the option to export error codes that appear in the program.
