Functionality
Function module EXIT_SAPLELIN_001 allows you to define your own meter reading types. To do this, you must implement program coding in the function module.
Implement check criteria in include ZXELXU01 of function module EXIT_SAPLELIN_001. The return code consists an output parameter and a meter reading category resulting from the user-defined check. The output parameter specifies that normal automation is not to be carried out. This ensures that the meter reading category determined in the function module is retained after the module is exited. This is necessary because once the module is exited the scheduled meter reading category normally undergoes meter reading control checks defined in the installation. If the user defined the scheduled meter reading category via special checks, these checks are ignored. You can also change the original meter reading category in the function module and execute a meter reading control check when the module is exited.
