Functionality

This function module formats the user-defined object data for display on the contract screen. All you generally need to do is copy the field values from your object structure into the screen structure. In certain cases you can specially format the object data. The number of the screen you need to call and the corresponding program are specified when you call the customer subscreen.

The screen data is temporarily saved in a global structure of the object program so that it is available the next time you call the customer sub-screen. This, and the corresponding PAI instances are the only instances when there cannot be any object related data in the object program. This is necessary because the CALL SUBSCREEN statement does not permit parameter transfers.

When you save the data in the object program, the screen data is also returned to the caller.
