Functionality

This function module enables you to react to a user action on the main screen that relates to the object you have on a subscreen (such as saving). The main program calls a corresponding function module in the object program. This function module takes the current object data, peforms the necessary action and returns it if necessary.

The function module EXIT_SAPLES20_009 is the ACTION module for the

customer enhancement. This module handles the OK codes for any push buttons that may exist on the customer subscreen.

If you are using your own tables for the object enhancement instead of the CI include, it is essential that this function module handles the OK code SAVE, since the application data can be saved only in this function module.
