EXIT_SAPLHRWPC_ABSENCES_001 - Filtering Absence Records

With this function module you can use the parameter ABSENCE_TYPE (Absence Type) to control whether the system should display an absence record in the iView Employee Review.
In the standard, the system reads all of an employee's absence records. If, for example, you only want to display absence records for which you specified the absence type Illness when you set up the iView Employee Review, the system deletes all data records from the list that do not have the absence type Illness, and only displays the data records with the absence type Illness.
