Functionality

If you added supplementary fields to an existing segment of the IST_EBS_POI_OUT IDoc type in an IDoc enhancement, you can use this exit to fill these fields. In this case, you must change the contents of the SEGNAM field (segment name) to match the newly created segment.

You can also change the field contents of the E1IST_EBS_POI_OUT segment.

Example

You want to add information about a field in the DFKKO table (document headers) to each item (line in DFKKOP table). Therefore you must modify the IDoc type. Then you can use this customer exit to fill the corresponding field.

Notes

If you want to use this customer exit, you must integrate the ISTEBS04 enhancement in a project using the CMOD transaction.
