Functionality

You can use these function enhancements to set agent assignment characteristics for all billing datasets for an item. This function enhancement is used for all item types.

The status for agent assignments is calculated using these characteristics.

This enhancement is used once automatic assignment (automatic agent determination and assignment of header and item agents to the billing dataset) has been performed.

Once the function module has been run, the status of the agent assignments is recalculated using the changed data.

Notes

You can also change the characteristics of the associatd order objects in this function module, for example those for the item or billing dataset. If you make changes to these objects, you must calculate the new status yourself. You can use function module ISP_GET_STATUS_FOR_AVM_OBJECT to do so.
