Functionality

This function module is always accessed in conjunction with automatic agent determination or manual agent assignment.

Before accessing the function module, the system ensures that agent determination is admissible for the current clients and the current sales area, i.e the sales area for the order.

The product hierarchy contained in the order data is also shortened to the length defined in table TJJA6. Once this has been done, the function module is accessed.

The parameters have the following significance:

  • IV_ASSIGN_TYPE Assignment type
  • AUT:

Automatic agent determination is performed
  • MAN:

Contract requirements were assigned manually or the contract requirements assigned manually are checked against the current billing dataset.
  • IV_ACTION Action
  • ASS:

Contract requirements are assigned AUTomatically or MANually.
  • CHK:

Contract requirements assigned manually are checked against the current billing dataset.
  • Combinations of IV_ASSIGN_TYPE + IV_ACTION
AUT ASS / MAN ASS / MAN CHK
  • IV_LEVEL Order object from which the function module is accessed
  • 01 (Order header) only for MAN ASS

  • 02 (Order item) only for MAN ASS

  • 06 (Billing dataset) for AUT ASS /MAN ASS / MAN CHK

  • IV_PRDHA Product hierarchy
The product hierarchy copied from the order data but shortened to the hierarchy level defined for the sales area in table TJJA6.
  • IS_R... Parameters are structures containing order data
Structures always contain order data if the structures belong to the current level or the level directly above it.

Tables always contain order data if the table concerned belongs to an order object assigned at the current level or the level below it.

You can enter the values required in the function module. The values it contains influence the search for suitable contract requirements if the respective free attribute is marked as a required entry field, optional entry field or a display field in the requirement type.
