EXIT_SAPLJYCICEXITS_301 - IS-M: CIC, Modify Script

Functionality

Customer exit EXIT_SAPLJYCICEXITS_301 is used to determine the values of freely definable SAPscript text symbols. These text symbols can be used in the scripting text. A text symbol is replaced by its value according to the usual SAPscript rules.

Import parameters for customer exit:

• GPNR,,: Number of current business partner

• DNIS,,: Number dialed by caller

Changing parameters for customer exit:

• TEXTSYMBOLTAB,,: Table containing the values for the SAPscript
  ,, text symbols determined in the exit

Notes

You can only modify the scripting text using these text symbols if the invisible CIC component ISM_HSCRIPT is integrated with the CIC framework.

For example, you can display the text symbols in order to control the type of text output according to the DNIS or in order to point out special features of the business partner for the administrator.
