Functionality

This function module allows you to create the calendar entry via which an available time slot or an outpatient visit appointment is displayed in the day schedule of a planning object in Visit Scheduling so as to satisfy your own requirements.

The function module is called in Outpatient Clinic Management when the worklist Outpatient Clinic Management: Visit Scheduling is put together. This worklist displays the day schedules of the planning objects with the entered outpatient visit appointments and available time slots, as well as the 21-day overview.

This function module could be used to output the scheduling type with the patient name for an outpatient visit appointment.

Notes

Please make sure that you do not execute any functions with high run times, since this is a dialog function. Moreover, you must not use statements which prevent the return to the point where this function module was called (e.g. LEAVE SCREEN, LEAVE TO TRANSACTION, ...).

Further information

Please note that the length of the calendar entry output depends on the interface parameters. The following configurations are possible:
