EXIT_SAPLNDIG_001 - IS-H: Calculate Check Digit

Functionality

The function module can be used to calculate and verify the check digits for patient numbers and case numbers differently from the calculation according to ISO 7064 that is used by default in IS-H. You can also implement methods that calculate and verify the check digits for alphanumeric patient numbers and case numbers.

Notes

If during the calculation, errors occur that correspond to the exceptions of the function module, please use these exceptions for error handling. For other errors, please use the statement "MESSAGE E... RAISING exception."
