Functionality

This function module is used to determine the descriptive text that is assigned to an archive request.

In the IS-H Implementation Guide you can specify a descriptive text for each invoice form that is to be archived. This archiving information is assigned to the archive request when optical archiving is carried out. The specified text is identical for all invoices that are printed using this form. By means of this function module, you can assign invoice-specific information, such as the invoice number, to the text.
