EXIT_SAPLPC08_002 - Transfer of CO Plan Data

This user exit lets you change the selection criteria when transferring data to Profit Center Accounting (for example, changing them so that data records which are transferred in the standard system will not be transferred to Profit Center Accounting).

You call up the exit when transferring plan data from Controlling.

You activate the exit in Customizing for each business activity. Activate user exit

The following data is transferred:

I_COBK: CO document header

I_COEP: CO document line

I_COIOP: Structure with objects and partner objects (including profit centers)

I_PCBEL: Indicator, showing whether or not elimination of internal business volume is active
The result of the SAP test is transferred using the import return code 'I_RC'. If I_RC = 1, this means that this line is transferred to Profit Center Accounting in the standard system. If I_RC = 0, this means that the line is not transferred in the standard system. By setting the export return code E_RC, you can therefore influence the selection criteria.

Further notes

Using the transaction for enhancments (CMOD), you can create an enhancement project and maintain the function exit.

The SAP enhancement which you use for this is PCASELEK.
