Functionality

You can use this module to change the criteria on the basis of which the certificate profile should be found.
The module is called up in certificate creation programs directly before profile determination.

You can use the delivery data and the language of the output (the certificate) as the import parameters.

You can use the following as changeable parameters:
All key fields for certificate profile assignments
The profile and application for profile determination
Key date for determining the valid certificate profile

Example

In the SAP standard, the key date for certificate profile determination is the date when the output record was created. Instead the certificate profile should be found based on the date for the batch.
The key fields for the batch are in the transferred fields for the batch. After determining the batch level (for example, using the function module VB_BATCH_DEFINITION), you can refer to the batch master record and enter the required date in the output field FINDING_DATE.
