Functionality

This function module allows customers to set the authorization checks for accessing spool requests. Authorizations are checked for the following actions:

  • ATTR Change the attributes of a spool request
  • AUTH Change the authorization of a spool request
  • BASE Check whether spool requests with output requests can be
    displayed
  • DELE Delete a spool request and / or output request
  • DOWN Download a spool request
  • DISP Display the contents of a spool request
  • REDI Divert a spool request to another output device
  • REPR Regenerate a spool request
  • SEND Send a spool request to SAPoffice

As of Release 4.6C

  • EDIT Change the contents of a request (currently only for collective requests)
  • COMP Use as component in collective request

To prohibit an action, the exception NO_PERMISSION must be triggered.

The extension is only used if the spool authorization check was set for the new procedure using the CUSTOM option. To do this, the parameter AUTHORITY in table TSPOPTIONS must be set to CUSTOM.
