Functionality

This user exit enables you to:

• Check the partner before before it is added to the document

• Change the partner

• Change the default partner

The sales organization, the BOR object for the current document, as well as the partner that should be added to the document are transferred.

If there are several partner values for one partner function, the DEFPA flag for a partner is set to X in the partner table. This partner is then preselected for the selection screen. The selection screen itself only appears for multiple partner functions.

You can add and delete entries in this user exit.

Notes

Before the partners from the partner table are added to the document, several checks are made, which means that even unique partners contained in the table are not automatically copied to the document. If the check is unsuccessful, the system does not allow it to be added to the document.
