Functionality

You can use this function to prevent generation of a shipment-cost sub-item according to rules you have defined. You can also allow sub-items to be generated and then have them deactivated. The net value according to the tax basis for inactive sub-items will not be included when the net value according to tax basis of the corresponding shipment cost item is cumulated.

This function should either trigger the SUBITEM_SHOULD_NOT_BE_CREATED exception ( >Sub-item will not be generated) or initialize the Sub-item active indicator ( >Sub-item is created but deactivated). If the sub-item is to be created and activated, do not change this indicator.
